What should I do if the watch doesn't fit?Updated a month ago

If the KWIO TIKK or TAKK doesn’t fit your child properly - no worries! We’ve got a simple solution.

1. Check the fit
Both watches come with a double-sided adjustable Velcro strap (FLAPP for TIKK, ZAPP for TAKK), which flexibly adapts to both slim and wider children’s wrists. If you need help adjusting it correctly, our customer service team is happy to assist.

2. Return or exchange
If the watch still doesn’t fit or feel right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt – as long as:

• The watch is unworn (trying it on is fine)

• It’s in original condition

• All components (including booklet and packaging) are complete

3. Alternative: different strap
