At KWIO Kids, we place great importance on fast and reliable shipping. However, in rare cases, delays may occur.
Standard delivery times
Germany: 3 to 5 business days
Austria: 4 to 6 business days
Available items are shipped with DHL on the next business day after the order is received.
Possible reasons for delays
In rare instances, delivery may be delayed due to:
High parcel volumes, especially during promotional periods or holidays
Unexpected events such as strikes or extreme weather conditions
Delivery issues with our shipping partner DHL
