Yes, all KWIO watches come with a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. Within this period, we’ll support you if a defect occurs that was not caused by improper use.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing or material defects in the case, movement, or strap
Defects not caused by dropping, water damage, improper use, or normal wear and tear
In such cases, we’ll check together with you whether a repair or exchange is possible.
How do I proceed in the event of a warranty claim?
Please keep your order confirmation as proof of the warranty period.

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps – e.g. return for inspection or direct exchange.
Repair options outside the warranty
At present, we do not offer an official repair service outside the warranty. However, we are working on a solution to provide sustainable repair options in the future.
