Is there a warranty or repair option?Updated a month ago

Yes, all KWIO watches come with a statutory warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. Within this period, we’ll support you if a defect occurs that was not caused by improper use.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Manufacturing or material defects in the case, movement, or strap

  • Defects not caused by dropping, water damage, improper use, or normal wear and tear

In such cases, we’ll check together with you whether a repair or exchange is possible.

How do I proceed in the event of a warranty claim?

  • Please keep your order confirmation as proof of the warranty period.

  • Contact us via the form at www.kwiokids.com/kontakt and briefly describe the issue.

  • We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps – e.g. return for inspection or direct exchange.

Repair options outside the warranty
At present, we do not offer an official repair service outside the warranty. However, we are working on a solution to provide sustainable repair options in the future.
