How long does the refund take?Updated a month ago

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll usually issue your refund within 5 business days.

The refund will always be made via the same payment method you used during checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal or Klarna).

Important: Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few more days for the amount to show up in your account.
