Returning a product at KWIO is easy and hassle-free if it doesn't fit or you're simply not happy with it.

Here's how it works:

1. Use our return portal
   Just visit our return portal:

2. Enter your order number & email address
   Use the same email and order number you used for your purchase.

3. Select the item(s) and reason for return
   Choose the item(s) you'd like to return and briefly tell us why – we always appreciate feedback.

4. Receive your return label
   You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email shortly after. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Send the item back
   Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a shipping provider of your choice.

6. Receive your refund
   Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll refund the purchase amount right away – using your original payment method.

Please note: Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
