As soon as your order has been shipped by KWIO Kids, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email contains a tracking link that allows you to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

KWIO ships all orders with DHL. With DHL tracking, you can view the current status of your delivery. Simply enter your tracking number on the DHL website:

When is tracking available?
Tracking is usually active 24 to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation. If your shipment is not visible within this time frame, please double-check the tracking number or try again later.
