Want to update your delivery address or email? It’s easy!

Here’s how:

1. Click on the user icon (👤) at the top right of www.kwiokids.com.

2. Log in with your email address – you’ll receive a one-time login code by email.

3. Once logged in, you can update your shipping address in the “Addresses” section or add a new one.

4. To change your email address, please reach out to our customer support – we’ll take care of it for you.

Good to know:
Address changes are only possible as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
