Yes, you’re welcome to exchange your KWIO watch for a different color – simply return your original order and place a new one in your preferred color.

Here’s how the color exchange works:

1. Register your return
Go to our returns portal:

2. Receive return label by email
After registering your return, we’ll email you a free return shipping label.

3. Send the watch back
Please return the watch unworn and complete (including original packaging and booklet).

4. Order the new color separately
Once you've initiated the return, simply place a new order in your desired color – this ensures that your favorite model reaches you quickly.

5. Receive your refund
As soon as your return has arrived and been checked, we’ll refund the purchase amount of the original watch via the same payment method you used for the order.

Important notes:

• Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt.

• Return shipping is free of charge.
