At KWIO Kids, we ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure short delivery times. For this reason, changes to the delivery address after the order has been placed are only possible in exceptional cases.

Not shipped yet?
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect delivery address and your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us immediately via our contact form. We’ll check whether a change of address is still possible.

Already shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address. In this case, we recommend using the tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
