As a customer from Switzerland – can I get the German VAT refunded?Updated a month ago

Yes, you can request a refund of the German VAT if you export your KWIO order to Switzerland. For this, we need the following documents:

• the original invoice stamped by the German customs office

• and a completed “Ausfuhr- und Abnehmerbescheinigung” (Export and Buyer Certificate), as required by German tax law.

Please note:
The invoice alone is not sufficient. Kindly send all required documents by email to [email protected] after your return. Once verified, we will refund the VAT to your original payment method.

If you shop with us regularly, please submit the required documents again with each new order.
