We do not offer a refund of German VAT as a general rule.

If you export your purchase to Switzerland, please email us with your order number at [email protected] – we will review your case individually.

In any case, we need the original invoice stamped by German customs and a completed “Ausfuhr- und Abnehmerbescheinigung” (export and buyer certificate).
