Check the hour: Look at the inner display.
Count the minutes: From the last labeled number on the outer ring, count the small ticks (each = 1 minute).
Combine: Hour + minutes = time.
Example: Inner display 7, 2 ticks past 20 on the outer ring → 07:22.
Everyday examples
Inner display 3 + minutes 15 → 03:15 (time to head out)
Inner display 10 + 3 ticks after 30 → 10:33 (snack break)
