No worries – with our short video and this guide, the elastic is back in place in 1–2 minutes.

The clip shows the full process step by step, from threading to final fit check.

What you need
Replacement elastic for BAGG. Optional: a small flat-nose pliers (makes threading easier).

Do it in 1–2 minutes

  1. Place your BAGG face-up on a flat surface.

  2. Feed the thin end of the elastic through the front pocket opening from the inside to the outside.

  3. Pull until the stopper sits flush on the outside.

  4. Check the fit: lightly tensioned without pulling the front pocket out of shape. Adjust if needed.

Good to know
The construction is designed so the band will rather slip out under heavy load than tear – protecting fabric and seams.

FAQ

  • It slips out again. Give it a firm pull once so it “sets”. Make sure the stopper really sits on the outside.

  • Too loose or too tight. Re-thread briefly – a tiny change in position alters the pre-tension.

  • No tools at hand. Works fine with your fingers; pliers only make it more convenient.

  • Compatibility. The replacement elastic fits all current BAGG models.
