The KWIO BAGG is made from recycled polyester and features a reflective coating. To maintain the backpack’s durability and functionality, we recommend the following cleaning methods:

Hand wash recommended

• Use a damp cloth: Clean the backpack with a damp cloth or sponge.

• Mild detergent: If needed, use a mild, pH-neutral cleaning agent.

• Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong cleaning products, as they can damage the materials.

Avoid machine washing
Please do not wash the BAGG in a washing machine. The mechanical stress can damage the reflective coating and the structure of the backpack.

Drying

• Air dry: Let the backpack air dry - ideally in a shaded, well-ventilated area.

• Avoid direct heat: Do not expose the backpack to direct sunlight or heat sources such as radiators.
