Yes, you can exchange your strap for another color – as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

Here's how to exchange:

1. Go to our return portal:

   Enter your order number and email address.

2. Select “Exchange”:
   Choose the exchange option and the reason for return.

3. Prepare the return:
   After submitting, you'll receive a return label in a separate email.
   The return is free of charge.

4. Order the new strap separately:
   Simply place a new order in our shop. Your original payment will be refunded as soon as the returned item reaches us.
